The course begins on Monday April 1st at 10 a.m, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday it starts at 11 a.m and Friday it is 10 a.m all days finish at 4 p.m .

There are teachers available to teach beginners and we can do some weapons training as well at the end of the week.

We have been teaching Tai Chi in Cornwall since 2006 when we taught our first Easter Course at St Just sports centre. We had such an overwhelming response we decided to do the Easter Course here every year from then on, and our three weeks summer course too.

Our first club in the area was set up in Penryn by Asher Simpson who was a student at Falmouth University. He even went to China in 2009 and visited Shandong where our Tai Chi style comes from and did some Tai Chi on Mount Tai which is the most sacred holy mountain in China.

We currently have three clubs in West Cornwall:

• Rachel is in Penryn which is on Wednesday evenings
• James is at St Agnes on Saturday mornings
• Steve has just opened a new club in Truro on a Tuesday evening.
