- A week of Feng Shou (Hand of the Wind) Kung Fu
- A week of Anmo energy meridian massage and Ancient Chinese Medicine
- Each day will be 10 a.m – 4 p.m
- Tea is provided
Cornwall Tai Chi courses
These courses are day courses, usually 10am to 4pm.
Easter and Summer Courses are one week.
The Summer Course will be entirely on the beach weather permitting.
You can do a half day.
