Tai Chi Week
Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August 2024
Each day will be 10 a.m to 4 p.m
Kung Fu Week
Monday 5th August to Friday 9th August 2024
10 a.m to 4 p.m daily
Anmo Health And Massage Week
Monday 12th to Friday 16th August 2024
A week of Anmo energy meridian massage and Ancient Chinese Medicine
Each day will be 10am – 4 p.m

Cornwall Tai Chi courses
These courses are day courses, usually 10am to 4pm.
Easter and Summer Courses are one week.
The Summer Course will be entirely on the beach weather permitting.
You can do a half day.
